Application & Selection

Submit your application through our comprehensive 110+ field form. Our team carefully reviews every submission to identify the most promising AgeTech startups.

Submit detailed application (110+ fields covering team, product, market, impact)
Quick screening by our team within 7–10 business days
30-minute video interview with shortlisted startups
Due diligence: reference checks, market validation, technical assessment
Final selection: 3–5 startups chosen from 50–100+ applications (10–15% acceptance rate)
Acceptance notification and program offer letter

Phase 2

Onboarding & Setup

Welcome to AgeTech-Bharat! We set you up for success with mentors, facilities, and a clear roadmap for the next 6 months.

Welcome to the program — cohort kickoff event at AMTZ Campus
Mentor assignments based on your specific needs (technical, business, regulatory)
Workspace setup at AMTZ facilities (if co-locating)
Access to fabricated smart homes for elderly user testing
Regulatory pathway assessment (especially for medical devices)
Program kickoff meeting: goals, milestones, expectations

Build & Test

The core building phase. Develop your MVP, test with real elderly users in our smart homes, and iterate based on feedback.

Build MVP or enhance existing product with mentor guidance
Test with 5–10 elderly residents (60+) in fabricated smart homes
Collect real user feedback, behavioral data, and video testimonials
Weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with assigned mentors
Monthly workshops: Business Model Canvas, Key Metrics, Fundraising 101, GTM Strategy
Pitch preparation begins — refine your story and deck
Mid-program review: progress assessment and course correction

Pitch & Launch

Showcase your progress to our global investor network and prepare for your next funding round.

Video pitch recordings sent to 40–50 investors (Month 5 preparation)
Follow-on investor meetings with interested VCs and angels
Term sheet discussions and fundraising support
Graduation ceremony and cohort celebration
Demo Day preparation and public launch planning
₹25L SAFE note activated when you raise external funding
